Cabins, Parkhome, Bunkhouse & Ski Shack

Air-Conditioned Comfort 

For those that wouldn't mind a little extra comfort, we have Cabins available to rent.

The Cottage: Sleeps 6, the cottage has a queen bed in one room and a queen bed and bunk beds in the second room. It has a fully contained kitchen, with fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine,  kettle, toaster and all utensils. Indoor Dining  table and lounge area plus a shower and sink. Toilet is in the shared amenities nearby. The cottage also has an outdoor verandah area with BBQ & outdoor table and chairs. It has its own fire pit for the winter months. $285 per night inclusive of all linen.

The Parkhome (one available): Our one-bedroom Parkhome sleeps 5 people and contains a queen size bed in the private bedroom, a double/single bunk in the main living area, a lounge & dining table, a full kitchen (including oven, fridge and microwave), a bathroom, a decked porch area & a fire-pit. $235.00 per night inclusive of all linen.

Ski Shack: Sleeps 6 people, PET FRIENDLY ($20 extra per pet per night) 1 double size bed and 2 single bunkbeds (with Microwave, bar fridge and gas cooker), There is NO bathroom or toilet in the Ski Shack. BYO linen or hire directly from Lake Brockman reception on 9733 5402. There is air-conditioning, outdoor dining area and BBQ . PETS ALLOWED. MAX 2 CARS PER SITE $175 per night.

Cabins (4 available): Our 2 bedroom Cabins sleep 6 people and are equipped with reverse-cycle air-conditioning, a queen size bed, 2 bunk beds, a Kitchenette (with microwave, bar fridge and gas cooker), a decked porch area & a fire-pit. Beds have mattress protectors only son no linen is included in the price but can be hired for $18 per bed. $140.00 per night.

The Bunkhouse (one available): One large room containing two queen size beds and 2 sets of bunk beds, the Bunkhouse is also equipped with a kitchenette (microwave, bar fridge & small microwave oven), decked porch area & a fire-pit. Sleeps 8 people. Beds have mattress protectors only so no linen is included in the price but can be hired for $18 per bed. $185.00 per night.

All our Cabins are conveniently located nearby an Ablution Block & the Cafe.

No dogs can be brought if staying in the Cabins. 

LAKE BROCKMAN TOURIST PARK CANCELLATION POLICY:

The first night deposit is required at the time of booking, this is NON- REFUNDABLE.

Full payment is required prior to arrival.

Cancellations will be accepted up to 48-hours prior to the booking date and any monies paid, will be held for a future booking within a 6-month period.

When cancellations are made within 48-hours of the booking, any payment made is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.

No refund or credit will apply for cancellations or amendments made at the commencement of or during the stay.

Management reserves the right to cancel all or part of your booking for your own safety during the event of a fire or severe weather. Monies paid will be held for a future booking to be arranged at the mutual convenience of the guest & management.

Park Management also reserves the right to evict a guest if behaviour is deemed unacceptable. There will be no refund under these circumstances.
