TERMS AND CONDITIONS

LAKE BROCKMAN TOURIST PARK CANCELLATION POLICY:

The first night deposit is required at the time of booking, this is NON- REFUNDABLE.

Full payment is required prior to arrival.

Cancellations will be accepted up to 48-hours prior to the booking date and any monies paid, will be held for a future booking within a 6-month period.

When cancellations are made within 48-hours of the booking, any payment made is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.

No refund or credit will apply for cancellations or amendments made at the commencement of or during the stay.

Management reserves the right to cancel all or part of your booking for your own safety during the event of a fire or severe weather. Monies paid will be held for a future booking to be arranged at the mutual convenience of the guest & management.

Park Management also reserves the right to evict a guest if behaviour is deemed unacceptable. There will be no refund under these circumstances.

LOGUE BROOK CAMPGROUND CANCELLATION POLICY:

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Any cancellation made 7 days prior to the arrival date is transferrable within a 6-month period.

Any cancellation made within 7 days of the arrival date is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.

No refund or credit will apply for cancellations or amendments made at the commencement of or during the stay.

Management reserves the right to cancel all or part of your booking for your own safety during the event of a fire or severe weather.

Monies paid will be held for a future booking to be arranged at the mutual convenience of the guest & Management.

 GUEST RESPONSIBILITY:

Credit card details will be taken at check in to the Tourist Park to cover any additional expenses incurred during your stay, such as the loss of a swipe card or damage to Tourist Park property.

Should for any reason additional cleaning be required or damage be incurred as a result of your stay, the Credit Card provided will be deducted according to the extent of damage incurred.

Additional charges may occur if eco-tents, cabins or sites are not left in the clean and tidy manner in which they were supplied.

Lake Brockman Tourist Park is not liable for any personal belongings damaged, lost, stolen or items brought in either by registered guests or visitors.

PARENT SUPERVISION:

We love seeing children have fun and their safety is extremely important to us;

However, Lake Brockman Tourist Park/Logue Brook Campground takes no responsibility for the behaviour of children whilst they are on site. Parents are to be responsible for their children at all times.

Should children bring equipment to the park, parents are totally responsible for any damage children may cause to any party.

Children seen using equipment in an unsafe manner may be instructed to stop use by a member of our staff.

We ask that playground equipment is not used after dark.

Children must be supervised by an adult when using the amenities.

 PET POLICY:

Your fur babies are most welcome at Lake Brockman Tourist Park/Logue Brook Campground;

However, pets are not permitted in any of our accommodation.

Pets are to be kept on leads and be supervised at all times.

The bagging and binning of pet poo is the responsibility of the guest.

The Guest is responsible to pay for any claim of compensation in relation to their pet’s activities.

The Guest is responsible for any personal injury or damage caused by their pet.
