Cancellation Policy:
Lake Brockman Tourist Park:
The first night's deposit is required at the time of booking, this is NON-REFUNDABLE. Full payment is required prior to arrival.
Cancellations will be accepted up to 7 days prior to the booking date and any monies paid will be held for a future booking within a 6-month period.
When cancellations are made within 7 days of the booking, any payment made Is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
No refund or credit will apply for cancellations or amendments made at the commencement of or during the stay.
Management reserves the right to cancel all or part of your booking for your own safety in the event of a fire or severe weather.
Monies paid will be held for a future booking to be arranged at the mutual convenience of the guest and management.
Park Management reserves the right to evict a guest is behaviour is deemed unacceptable. There will be no refund or credit under these circumstances.
Logue Brook Campground:
Full payment is required at the time of booking.Any cancellations made 7 days prior to the arrival date is transferrable within a 6 month period.
Any cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.

Campsites:
Check-in is from midday.
Check-out is by midday.
Accommodation:
Check-in is from 2pm
Check-out is by 10am
If you’re arriving after hours, please contact us in advance to arrange access. Early check-in and late check-out is available on request, subject to availability. Extra fees apply.
Tourist Park and LOGUE BROOK Campground rules:
Site numbers: Maximum 6 people per site and 2 vehicles.
Quiet Time: For the comfort of all guests, quiet time is from 10pm, failure to adhere could result in eviction.
Generators: The use of Generators is permitted between 8am and 9pm only. The use of generators is restricted during a Total Fire Ban.
Vehicles: Unlicensed off-road vehicles (such as dirt bikes or quad bikes) are not allowed in the Tourist Park or Logue Brook Campground.
Litter and Waste: We ask that you leave zero footprint on your campsite. Please take all litter with you or dispose of it correctly in the bins provided. Failure to do so will result in additional cleaning fees or dump disposal fees.
E-rideables: With the increasing number of e-rideables in the park, we ask that you please read the link below relating to the rules surrounding them in WA.

Please follow the above rules and the park road rules when using e-rideables
- The 8km speed limit
- Put safety first, wear helmets, no underage riding (16 and over) and one person per device only. (no piggy backing)
- Do not leave them on charge (due to fire risks associated with the batteries)

By entering, booking or staying at Lake Brockman Tourist Park and LOGUE BROOK campground ("the Park) all campers, visitors and guests agree to the following the Terms and Conditions...
Camping at Your Own Risk:
All guests enter and remain at the Park entirely at their own risk. The Park, including its owners, managers, employees and agents accept no responsibility for and injury, loss, damage, accident, illness or death suffered by any person or to any property, regardless of cause.
Personal Responsibility & Safety:
Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of those in their care at all times. This includes awareness of:
- Natural hazards, uneven ground, and changing weather conditions.
- Wildlife and insects.
- Use of campfires, cooking equipment, generators and electrical appliances.
Children:
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. The Park does not provide supervision and accepts no liability for the safety of children.
Pets:
All pets must be kept on a lead and supervised at all times for further information please refer to our pet policy.
Property & Vehicles:
The Park is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, vehicles, caravans, tents, trailers or camping equipment while on Park grounds.
Health & Medical:
Guests are responsible for managing their own health, medications and medical needs. The Park accepts no liability for medical emergencies or health related incidents.
Fire Safety:
All fires must comply with park and local regulations, fire restrictions and total fire bans. Guests are responsible for ensuring fires are contained, attended at all times and fully extinguished.
Behaviour & Management Rights:
Guests must behave respectfully and safely. Management reserves the right to refuse entry, request departure, or evict any person engaging in unsafe, disruptive or unlawful behaviour without refund or credit.
Environmental responsibility:
Guests must respect the natural environment, wildlife and Park facilities. Damage to Park property or the environment may result in charges or eviction.
Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Park disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, injury or death arising from the use of the Park and its facilities.
Acceptance of Terms:
By entering the Park and completing a booking, guests acknowledge they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
